How do I provide my prescription for my new glasses?
You can upload a photo of your prescription during checkout, or email it to our optical team at prescriptions@fashioneyewear.com after placing your order.
What is your return policy for prescription lenses?
We offer a 30-day fit guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your frames, you can return them for a full refund. Prescription lenses are eligible for a 50% refund or a one-time free replacement if the prescription was entered incorrectly.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Standard frames typically ship within 2-3 business days. For prescription orders, please allow 7-10 business days for our lab to custom-craft and quality-check your lenses before shipping.
Are your designer frames authentic?
Yes, Fashion Eyewear is an authorized retailer for all brands we carry. Every pair of glasses comes with the original designer case, cleaning cloth, and a certificate of authenticity where applicable.
Do you offer blue light blocking technology?
Absolutely. You can add blue light filtering to any pair of non-prescription or prescription lenses during the lens selection process to help reduce digital eye strain.
How do I find the right frame size for my face?
Check the inside temple of your current glasses for three numbers (e.g., 52-18-140). These represent the lens width, bridge width, and temple length in millimeters. You can filter our collection using these measurements.
