At Fashion Eyewear, we want you to be completely satisfied with your new frames. If you are not happy with your purchase, we offer a 30-day return policy for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Request a Return

  Log into your account and visit the order history section to select the items you wish to return and generate a Return Merchandise Authorization number.

• 2.
  Pack Your Frames

  Place the eyewear, original case, cleaning cloth, and all authentication certificates securely inside the original shipping box to ensure they are protected during transit.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your email to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 5 to 7 business days.
